My ex texted me on Wednesday. I ended up texting back and forth with her a bit. Sigh

Lets see. Prior to yesterday, about 22 months. I'm an NC ninja, I once maintained it even though my ex was literally 4 feet infront of me at a concert. Ninja I tell ya.

Day 10 since BU, day 5 NC. Mutual split because we fought all the time and just couldn't make our different personalities work together. I reached out a few days post BU because I wanted to keep trying. He was sweet, but did not share my desire to be together. I wished him well and then deleted his contact info. I feel lost, confused, alone, disappointed, and empty. Pretty sure I'm going the route of numbing out for a while as a means to not feel any more pain.

Made it to 9 weeks No Contact and he got in touch :( Now 8 days No Contact and not answering his calls or texts again :)

Today is day 53. Not easy...especially on the weekends...that was when we always hung out.

It's been exactly exactly one month after the break up that we both decided to stop all contact, as it was getting ridiculous. Day 2 of full NC just ended.

 

During that first month, the best I managed to do - NC I mean - was 10 days. He'd always crack and contact me, I'd always end up responding. A few days ago, he stated his "terms" and we both agreed to disagree, so I am leaving it there. He's stubborn and proud, I'm even more proud and hurt, with a bit of luck, things will stay smooth from now on. Separated. Apart. May he never contact me again, because I'm good.

3.5 months. No breaking of NC at all since BU though I had some very bad days at the beginning. Still do now, today being one of them.

Almost 3 months since break up, a month NC. I'm doing awesome, but he is still the first thing I think about in the morning, the last thing I think about at night. I miss him so much. Leaving him was the hardest thing I've ever done, even though if was the right thing to do for both of us.

Strange. Day 3 today.

 

I went to the coffee shop where I always go to work and he appeared. We barely made eye contact, I acted busy. The bloody bastard took a coffee and sat right next to my table, for half an hour, "reading a newspaper". He left and sent me a text "not easy ... ;-)". I just pressed the delete button. Like wtf ? I've stopped going to all the bars and clubs where I used to hang out with my friends, I've stopped going to the same dance school where we've met, he's just lame.

 

Not sure if today counts as NC. I'll stop coming here, bloody hell, big baby, just lay off already!

41 days. Since she said its over i replied "i will not contact you again" and i havent. I'm treating myself to a solo vacation to Italy for 10 days, leaving on Sunday, so i guess there'll be no contact then..lol (i live in Canada)..slowly but surely ;)

3 months NC for me and he is also the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing I think about when I go to sleep. In fact, he is in my thoughts all throughout my day. However, I am doing a lot better and not as sad or depressed as I once was. I shed tears here and there when I am reminded of something personal.

i started again after a week of nc she contacted me on sunday i replied and met the day after. the weird thing is that she was acting like she was really into me all over again until we had sex( i wasn't expecting that cuz i want more than that) and she said she felt stupid after we were done? idk what she meant by that but anyways before we parted ways she told that i should let go of things? she is going to keep in touch with me im the dumpee. so its day 1 now. because i txted her twice if it was really over between us, after a couple of minutes had past i txted her im letting go.
