Does blocking your ex on social media show weakness or strength?

It's not about strength or weakness, it's about protecting yourself. If seeing an ex on Facebook or social media hurts you, then they need to be blocked to protect yourself and help you move on. Don't worry about what your ex views it as. You're not doing it for them, you're doing it for you.

Does it show you're hurting? Maybe.. But who cares. You don't need to concern yourself with what they do or do not think. Only care about yourself. If you are hurting, then block them, because it is what is best for YOU.
