JourneyLady Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Hats off to ya Journey! You may have spared the OP a lot of frustration/heartache. Thanks! Wish I could make a living researching scams, I'd be good at it. Google is my best friend as a single woman. One of my former interests turned up in a google search in more than one state and (in the OTHER profiles) looking for a sub (when that was not mentioned in the profile I responded to)... I dodged a bullet because I was really thinking he would be interesting to meet. It was just ... so weird. So I always google stuff about profiles now. Just be sure if you google a catchy phrase to put it in quotes so it's altogether. I do that for poetry I write as well, to catch plagerism. 2
Ordinaryday Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 He doesn't exist, he is a scammer - https://www.google.com.au/?gws_rd=cr&ei=cFZfUqOANc3RkQX_8IDoBA#q=%22My+mother+is+old+now+and+at+almost+80+she+can't+wait+to+have+a+proper+family%2C+and+I+can't%22 - if you ever get a suspicious email from online dating GOOGLE THE EMAIL and it usually comes up straight away on a scam busting site.
