I make a conscious choice. There are 500 things I could get sad about but I'm not going to. I'm going to be happy. And I am! 4

The Habits Of Supremely Happy People smilin well i do nearly all of those things so sucked in depression you are outtta here......hahahahhhhh deb wins....................the walking and stride i guarantee works......if i stride out and put some bounce in my stride after a while i dont have to force the bounce it comes naturally i love walking.......night walking rocks....deb 1
