The point of dating is to find out whether that person is the right one to be in a relationship with. A relationship involves two people, an agreement to be committed to only each other. Dating becomes a relationship when they have the conversation to be boyfriend/girlfriend.
mortensorchid Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 I would say that you've moved to the next stage of "relationship" when you have been together for six months. The whole time before you are getting to know each other still. After six months there are no more surprises left.
