That's the totally wrong way to handle this. You wanting more is what probably freaked him in the first place. You need to do a 180. Vanish as best you can from his life and play happy housewife.

 

Act like him being gone from your life isn't affecting you at all. Smile when you see him and then look away and don't look back.

 

Yes he's a player. You need to beat him at his game.

 

Even if you haven't moved on in your head or your heart you have to pretend that you have in every other way possible.

 

Make him wonder about you. You cannot do that when you're laying all of your cards on the table.

 

Time to keep them to yourself. It's your best chance.

Listen - i did the same thing - messed around with a member of the worship team and then got up in front of the church and lead worship. It was one of the most destructive things I have ever done - not only to those around me but to myself as well.

 

I don't question you love God but you are deluding yourself right now. Step down and make the decisions you need to make, but quit pretending to be something you are not. Remove yourself from the man - he is absolutely no good for you and you will end up devastated.
