Vacation destinations w/ your MM (where have you been?)

Just out of curiousity...for all you OW out there, where have you gone with your MM? How long did you go for?

 

And for you MM, where have you taken your OW on vacation? For how long?

I've been invited along on business trips only... I don't know how a real vacation would have ever worked...

Where did you go? I went to Vegas for the weekend to a Broadcasters convention (once). We've been 2gether since late January.

We live in "the OC" and we have gone to San Francisco a couple times, San Diego, and Santa Barbara - but never on the weekend. I've only seen him on the weekend a handful of times. The weekends are the hardest thing about being involved with a MM.

 

Which part of SoCal do you live? Are you and your MM engaged in the same line of work?

I live at the border of Ventura County and L.A. County. We are both in the same "genre", but have totally different functions, that is why we had never met before although we have worked in the same building for over 14 years. It was fluke that we met, especially at the time we met. Under previous conditions I wouldn't have ever even gave him a second thought, good looking or not. I was in love with my soon to be ex H at the time.

 

Yes, weekends are usually impossible for us, he rarely calls during those times unless his wife is like 100 miles away, but we see each other every day at work on lunches and breaks. Actually I have been slowly weaning myself off of that though, if he doesn't call me to go on break or to lunch, then I just go about my business and do stuff with other people or on my own. I don't ever call him anymore at work unless it is business related. I am tired of him consuming my thoughts and not getting any satisfaction from our "stagnant" relationship. It's such a waste of my energy. Guess it's like being an alcoholic, gotta hit rock bottom before you wake up and rebuild. I honestly wish we hadn't ever met, even with all the wonderful times we have spent together.

 

I think what I really need is some girlfriends to hang out with. Guys are great for sex and all, but girlfriends will go shopping with you! Now that's a great relationship!!!!
