Spoonss Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 So in a break up you go through phases well atleast I did anyway, First was just pure heartbreak and pain which at times I could barely move or leave my bed. Then I tried to fill the void with random girls and dating. Now im just at a point where I want some one I can wake up to and watch movies with on weekdays and talk to. Its starting to really hurt again and I woke up crying this morning. its been 4 months and I want these feelings to stop.

Its hard. Its only been a little over a month for me but it still hurts every day. I also want the feelings to stop.
Something123 Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Yeah, its what i miss the most aswell, having someone to talk about everything, basically having a best friend with some benefits :b, you will find someone, no need to worry. Something i did to help me cope with the break up is just stop putting her on a pedestal or idolizing her, just see her as a normal girl and not doing "movies" in your head about you two together, if you start doing that, just go watch a movie, listen to some instrumental music (dubstep, house, post-rock,etc.), do some exercise, work for yourself, if you have confidence and believe in yourself, other girls will find you attractive and you will easily forget about your ex (: Since my break up one month ago, i gained 4kg muscle and lost some fat (just trying to motivate you). Jenny1234 Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 I'm at 4 months too. Going through the exact same thing. Right now I miss having my bestie around all the time on weekends too.... It seems so lonely without him. Now that it's fall and football season it seems even worse. For the last 3 years we were together every weekend having a great time. Now I'm by myself when I wake up and go to bed I try to fill my days. I just keep going....the feelings come in waves.... Stay strong...keep pushing 1

But at the same time I loved her and i guess if shes happy I cant wish anything less for her. It is still hard though Im glad im not going through this alone though
