I just checked my ex's Instagram after not looking for about two days... stupid! I found out that she deleted a bunch of pictures of us/me. Now I'm all upset... she didn't delete all the pictures of us either... and she still hasn't deleted her Facebook profile pictures of us... wtf is she doing? Why am I even worried about this? Ugh... moral of the story: stick to FULL NC!

Or don't break nc unless you can handle whatever you find out!

I really want to call her out on it! When I deleted her as a friend on Facebook last month, she texted me bitching about how "it doesn't erase our relationship". Talk about trying to erase our relationship! I really want to call her out on it!

But I won't... as hard as it is!

Well there you have it folks!

As I posted this morning, I was feeling pretty down after breaking FULL NC by checking her Instagram and finding out she deleted a lot of photos of us. So I went to the gym and had a great workout. I was feeling pretty good about myself after that, so on my walk back home I checked her Instagram again... and she had blocked me since this morning! I hadn't liked or commented on her photos so I don't think she knew I was on her page... but now I feel back down in the dumps! It's almost like she knew... like she's trying to get a reaction out of me... or she found someone else and doesn't want me to know or interfere or something? I don't know and it's driving me crazy! I have been missing her so much lately and I really want to reach out even though I know I shouldn't!

Don't break FULL NC! You will go back to Square 1 right away!

Haha. Your killing me bro. You say dont break NC ..then go ahead and break it again lol :).

Its all cool. Most of us have done it. But let this be a lesson. I was too afraid to break NC until I was recovered. So it served me well in getting over things relativly quickly.

Make NC your religion for now. It has become very apparent to me being on this site approaching a year that those who break NC recover much slower or dont recover. Those who adhere to strict NC tend to do well and move on. You can do it man. Just burn her out of existence.

At least you got the breaking NC thing out of the way all at once! Id say stalk her the rest of the day then call it quits starting tommorow.. might actually be good for you! Kidding..sorta. Rock on! Cav

I'm gonna call it quits now! It doesn't matter anyways, her profile doesn't even show up for me at all. I'm proud that I've stuck to NC when it comes to direct contact at least. That's been my biggest weakness in the past.

You can only break NC when you truly feel indifferent.

I did this and saw her instagram and fb and thought ah thats nice, she still has all our stuff up there. Then i found her different instagram and fb, with all her current stuff with her ex. ouch :( Very very bad idea. Wish i never snooped.

Dust it of and back on that saddle. Just don't make it a habit.
