I am a respectful person, so whenever my friends asked me to join them for an activity, I never choke. This time, I post an event on FB and ask then to buy voucher (as required), now they choke the event and will go by themselves...

I feel so piss off... If you agree to go to an activity, you should stick to it. Not to use crappy excuse to postpone it because it demonstrate the value and respect you put on the host shoulder.

So, how do I gain respect so they will stop choking?

It's not about gaining respect - it's about letting go of your expectations and setting up your activity in a way that doesn't rely on them being there. That way you get to have fun no matter what they do, and they have no control over your emotions.

Although, if you have friends that consistently disappoint you, you have to consider whether you should just distance yourself from them.

You're using choke in a really weird context, I don't get it.

LOL! I was thinking the same thing. I was ready to call the paramedics!

lol, probably i dont know the appropriate grammar. Like when you agree to go to somewhere and at last minute, you cancel it.
