My ex has been texting me every day to come get some of my stuff from her house. I don't even want to reply because my heart hurts every time I do. It just brings the pain back anytime I talk to her. I need to heal myself. I'm tempted to say just give me time and I will eventually get it. What do I do?

sure you can text her that, but think about the emotional consequences of whatever response you might be expecting from her..or you can turn off your phone

You should get it ASAP, or send a friend to get it. The sooner you cut this last tie the faster you will heal. If you just have to pick it up months down the line you will give yourself the risk of relapse.

Unless of course, you're avoiding getting it to not cut that last cord.

I'm afraid of seeing her because I might relapse. I'm to the point where I'm ok I guess I just don't want to start over. I'm afraid of the emotions for her. I'm also afraid getting these items even tho they are not really of any importance that I might notice her scent or something and just relapse. I'm honestly just dead scared to get hurt even more then I am now.

Ask her to put everything in box/bag and leave it outside her place. You can get it that way without seeing her. Just gather up your courage, put on your brave face and get it over with.

Ask her to mail it to you. That way she won't have anymore reasonable excuses to keep reaching out & there won't be the possibility of "accidentally" running into each other.

Actually something pretty funny happened. I seen her sister in walmart and she was driving her car and everything of mine was in it. Didn't even have to see her.

If they are not of any importance just forget about them.

Yeah, I see what you mean here. Ask them to leave the stuff out for you, or have someone else collect them.

My ex left a lot of stuff at my house (we had lived together), 3 weeks after the BU I left it all on the porch for him to collect, when he arrived he knocked on the door over and over asking me to talk to him. I (stupidly) opened, we talked about general stuff, even hugged, the week following that was by far the worst week for me during the whole BU process. He tried to contact me a lot afterwards said he wanted to see me again, but honestly, it scared me that someone could have that effect on me.

It was nc from there. I know it may not have that same effect on you, but I think you are right to be cautious. Avoid seeing/talking to him if you can.

Oh man after I was dumped I also went to her house to try to take some feelings away, made it worse. We hugged and both said we loved each other to. The hardest thing is she was about to ball her eyes out and I knew she held it back. Made everything worse.
