Ok well this girl did hurt me and broke up with me but I still love her after a month apart. She's already seeing someone else and she said she's sooooo happy  But how do I get the control back and make her realize that I was good for her but just going through some depression? I've done active no contact making myself a better person but I want to feel in control. I don't want her to think she can walk all over me. I want to have the power in our conversations because I feel she thinks i'm some whiny little b!#$ that she can control with a simple text.

You get control back, by letting go.

Only she knows what/who is good for her.

N.C aide in the realization your relationship is a thing of the past, not a manipulation tool to bring some one back. People tend to double back because it's human nature. Double backers always leave again, unless life was extremely disappointing for them post break-up, which taught them, that, they already had the best.

I did the no contact for myself not her. Im not trying any manipulative tools or anything. Im trying to show her im still the man she fell in love with. Our relationship was amazing until depression hit.

There isn't anything you can do, you have to let her make that decision for herself.

I know this. But kinda hard to prove anything if she won't even say hi.
