arranged by him during the 1st date since it was going so well? Or did he call and set it up after the 1st date was over?

also do you talk again on the phone or text before you go to sleep that night?

I'm a guy but, I tend to stay away from girls who love "playing-hard-to-get" types. i used to "play-hard-to-get," but i realized i was attracting wrong type of girls.

if the girl loses attraction to me because i ask for 2nd/3rd date at the end of the date, instead of having her wait in thrill, then ask later on, i thank her much for rejecting me later.

depends on your type, etc.

I've always been asked for the second date after our date and I much prefer a man to call. I think it's sweet to call someone even if its just a 2 minute call to say I had a really great time and I hope to do it again soon. Have a great night.

They usually ask for the second date (in general terms, specifics are worked out later) at the end of the first date, and they text me after the date (within an hour).

When a date is going well, most of the guys I've gone out with have asked when they could see me again while still on the date. I like that because it doesn't leave you hanging, wondering if he's into you.

Nearly the guys set up the second date before the end of first. And I still get a text within an hour of getting home to tell me they have had great time etc.

Guys have already brought up a second date while on the first, and then texted me within a couple of hours to let me know that they enjoyed the evening and wanted to see me again.

I agree with the others. If a guy is interested and feels you are interested, he will not risk letting someone else monopolize your time.
