reid Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 My friend and I were hanging out and some how i found out she had a boyfriend. Anyways we were having a good time and she kept grabbing me, playing around, and pulling me by my arm (like a girlfriend would do to her boyfriend) but when we got to her job she went to talk to her boyfriend and I said something in front of him (cant remember) and she said "Shut up!" She usually says shut up in a playful way but this time it sounded like she meant it...... They didnt look like they were going out cause they didnt hug or kiss. ( I would have looked away!) I just think its weird that shes hanging out with me while her Bf is working and Ive only known her for like 6 weeks so were not incredibly close friends. Btw I called her cause she seemed pissed off at what this guy said at school (said we act like were married) and she said "Oh, Im not mad." and I asked her why shes in such a hurry to her next class.............."I cant talk right now, bye" She didnt even give me a reason. We were never good at talking to eachother on the phone though, but in person we get along great.
bluechocolate Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 You only found out about her b/friend some weeks after meeting her? She sounds like a bit of a player so I'd be careful with this one. She may very well be interested in you - are you interested in being the third wheel? Leave her be for the time being - it looks like things probably won't last with the b/friend anyway but she needs to come to her own decision about that.
Author reid Posted November 15, 2004 Author Posted November 15, 2004 I think she just started dating him thats why I havent heard of him till now. I dont think shes a player because before I met her she didnt say a thing in class, and even now she really only talks to me. Btw her Bf wasnt really that good looking, I think she should dump him for me =) Besides we have ALOT in common. The thing is, they work together so they get to spend alot of time together so I dont think they will break up anytime soon, but shes still my friend and I will wait till she dumps his ass before i move in. Anyone think from this story that she would much rather be with me then him?
morrigan Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 She's either wanting to date you, or she's wanting you for a side fling. There are plenty of ladies out there who could be described as players. If you are that interested in her, tell her you'd like to date her--as long as she isn't dating someone else.
