What the hell does this mean? Let me know what?

Let me know Monday what happened?

Yes it applies to dating, but I've also had girl friends tell me this.

Edit: At no point do I ask these ppl to go out with me.

It's the answer I get to "what are your weekend plans?" or "have a good weekend!"

It means I don't have any plans but if something comes up like going out I'll let you know about it.

This.

Or most likely this variation of the above statement: "I don't have any plans that involve YOU, but if something falls through, then I'm going to let you know and maybe we can catch up."

Asking a guy what his weekend plans are is an obvious precursor or hint at wanting to go out with them.

Yeah, it means "I have nothing going on right now, if something comes up I'll let you know and I'll see if you're interested."

This usually comes from a person who is lazy and doesn't really organize plans with people, but sits back and waits for others to do the organizing.

Next!

Not sure why you'd NEXT someone over not assembling plans.

That seems wayyy premature. Why do you feel like a person should be disqualified for that, Zahara?

Yes, that's what my friend, Meghan does. She doesn't like committing to something....she likes ppl calling her for parties and will say yes or no at the moment depending her mood. So that's what I thought it meant when she said this.

So i just learned not to invite her anywhere.
