Long story cut short, I've worked out my ex is a selfish cake eating game Ayer, she's not a bad person, just messed up! We broke up on uncertain terms, her saying she'd probably regret it, that it's not what she wanted, but it's for the best etc...

Well for the last 2 months of NC my ex has reached out with breadcrumbs and updated her status with songs that are messing with my head... I'm meant to be going on a date later, and I'm gutted cos I've just seen another of her status on live chat "you brought out the best of me, a part of me I'd never seen, you took my soul, wiped it clean, our love was made for movie screens" ... Now I've seen that it's made me second guess if I should go on this date, but I know I need to ignore anything my ex does because she's confused and doesn't want me... Help please, I'm at a loose end!

Listen man, if she wanted to be with you, you'd know it.

You wouldn't question it.

Shed come out and say " I want you back!"

Has she done this?

Ok then moving forward

Stop looking at her fb, Nc includes this.

Your not fully in nc...ur toes are in it.

Go on your date, have a good time.

Why even question what this fruit loop's " hidden subliminal messages" are

More than likely broski, your reading WAY TO MUCH INTO IT.

been there done that, broke nc , found out it wasn't me.

I looked like a jerk off lol.

Learn from me.

Stay nc and go have a good time.

If you're trying to be serious with the person you're going to date, it's too soon. If not, have fun and enjoy it while it lasts. You shouldn't let your ex control what you do. She has no say in your life anymore. Focus on moving on getting over your ex, do things to forget about her and just let life happen.

Thanks dudes, I decided to go, I knew I'd be pissed that I let my ex affect me if I didn't go... Super glad I did go now, I had a really nice evening, came back smiling :) lovely evening, lovely company, not rushing into anything, taking things slow, but I'm really glad I went... Cheers for your advice... Here's to moving on :)
