Been thinking of her more than before..not painful thoughts but alot of memories,we went to many places together and the more i go to my favourite places the more memories come because we went there more than 20 times..those are my favourite hang out spots though.Just feels very different without her,if i am with her,we would be joking and having fun all the time there, talking happily for the whole day.

Those triggers are the worst. You must avoid them at all cost. Avoiding them also helps you try new places and new experiences are a great distraction!! Which is very good after a breakup.

We did everything together. I've been going to all of my / our favorite spots just to keep from sitting home and getting depressed. I'm very social and really enjoy going to all of the places because I see a lot of people that I know. Lately, my ex has been almost everywhere that I have been and he's with his new girlfriend. He even came to a workout class that I to regularly and brought her! He never works out! I'm nine months out from the break up. I'm still really having a hard time without him. And it's just so painful to see him with her. How do I ever get used to running into your ex and seeing him do all of the same things with her that he did with me? Sitting home is killing me!

Officially 2 years but after we broke up, we went on a several "dates" but they were not on a regular basis. They were always initiated by me because initially he led me to believe that we were just taking a break. Once I figured out that it was a break up I stopped. Even though I love him, I wasn't going from living together to just dates and sex. I am still just so heartbroken. And when I see him out with her, it just kills me.
