Hey all,

 

So I went to the gym yesterday and all I can say today is OUUUUUUUUUUTCH!!!!!!! Having a sore body is definitely a b*tch!!!!!!!

 

My trainer is one of the hottest guys I know except he was soooo serious!!! My body is killing me right now :eek::eek::eek:

 

I need some advils........SOON!!!!!!

 

I really hope I can tone up. Or else all this pain will be for nothing!!!

I just have to tone up because it's one thing being thin and another being toned. Can you believe I have never been to a gym before. I'm just pathetic when it comes to this.

But yeah, I know what you're saying.. tone and lean is always good!

 

It's not pathetic that you've never gone before.. lot's of people never do.. this will be good for you in a lot of ways.. strength, endurance, disipline... and uh... a hot trainer! YAY!

Well i was at the gym today and my upper boddy is more or less dead, i spent an hour just doing weights which isn't something i've done before but apparently I've to start putting on muscle than burn fat.

 

What makes it worse is that I have to go back tomorrow and Tony my trainer wants me to start drinking protein shakes because I don't eat very much high protein food.

 

Best way to resolve muscle aches is a nice hot bath, bubbles and duck are optional.
