Inflikted Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 As someone who's never been good at "flirting", and has never been able to get a girl to agree to a date, I've been trying my hand at online dating for a while now, but I've never had success on there. Most girls don't write me back, and when they do, the conversation just trails off, because I don't know what's supposed to come next. I met this girl online the other day, and she's really cool. We've written each other a couple of lengthy messages, getting to know each other a little bit, but I'm getting to the point where I'm not sure how to progress. I mean, how soon should I start bringing up the idea of meeting up? What should my next "move" be, here?

Twice I commenced contact but he always answers exitedly ("i'm good!" "HI! etc)....we always have super long conversations....but around the time we get off work, it trails off. He even gave me his number to move from online to phone. But I don't understand why nothing is happening. Part of me feels like I don't want to be a nuisance and be the one saying hi everyday, but another side of me is like, if that were the case he wouldn't have given me his number or talk about the things we have talked about at such length and description as he does. Sigh....still waiting. Not holding my breath though.
