Can't do this. Feel like I am going to explode

2 months post break up. 8 year relationship. He left. Went NC. him drink/drug at the end.

 

He has being ringing me constantly the whole time, to the home phone from blocked numbers always drunk when calling. I ignore after the first times.

 

Now contacting family members demanding money.

 

I do my best to ignore, but he always pops up some how.

 

Felt great today, uni today and start a new job tonight, but then finding out about this has seen me crashing down.

 

I am like an exposed nerve now. Like I just can't take another blow.

I am not sure how to deal with it

Think about getting a restraining order - especially if he's involved with drugs and drinking. When on a binge, addicts are capable of anything. Be careful.

I agree with sparkle. Restraining order. You obviously deserve so much better than this. But I understand how much it hurts especially when you invested so much of yourself into a relationship.
