No replies to texts from coworker I am dating

It is pretty similar to another thread, I've been dating this guy (both 27) for 2 months. I went away with a girlfriend this weekend. He offered to drop me at the airport and pick me up (another friend picked me up). I texted him the night I got home asking how his weekend was. That was 24hr ago. Nothing! Then tonight one more (I know) text asking him to bring something of mine to work. Nothing.

 

He broke up with his ex 5 months ago, of many years, and now I've gone from being open minded and hearted about him to getting insecure. maybe they have been talking. Bottom line, he hasn't been bothered to reply.

 

I will see him tomorrow. I want to ask him what's up and see if he wishes to continue dating, maybe tomorrow after work. Is that too harsh? I just feel awful and rejected. Cause you know, I hoped things would keep going well.. He has asked me to go on a trip with him in a month.

 

Do I pre empt a split? Let him know I want more contact? It just seems unfair of him to do this. Or should I relax?

Breathe. I wouldn't preempt anything just see how he acts when you see him.

Hmm kinda sounds like what I've been going through with this coworker of mine . He broke up with his ex of five years recently but told me he is COMPLETLEY over her and wants to date. But sometimes when I would text him he wouldn't text back , then he would text me when he wanted to and cancel dates that he set up with me ! It was so confusing . So finally of me just one day of cutting him off for months NC he recently told me he was acting like that because he felt like he was betraying me because his egg use to pop up at his house and stuff but yeah sounded like bs to me. So may e your coworker friend is maybe still stuck on his ex ?

I would ask him if he got your texts. If he says yes then ask why he didn't reply? I do think its a bit awkward and I would flat out ask him whats up.
