First of all, he seems REALLY desperate to meet you. What is the rush! Most normal, balanced men, who want to meet a girl online who they find to be really nice and attractive; they will not incessantly message them all the time, asking to meet up.

If the women says no and is unsure about things, the guy normally says " hey, that's okay, I think you're wrong about me but I will leave it up to you as to whether you want to continue things further"

It is unnerving how he continues to try to meet you even after you made it clear that you're not so sure about it.
