About 2 months ago my gf of nearly 2 years broke up with me and moved with her parents out of state. There were a lot of outside pressures during the breakup including a guy from her past. I pretty much pushed her away because I was offended that she might be even considering leaving. After she left we talked for maybe five days and then I started acting emotional and suddenly she wouldn't answer the phone. A few days later she changed her number without really ever saying bye. She was my best friend above everything else and this really hurt me because I never would have done that to her. Even if I didn't want to be with her I still think I would have been there for her. Anyway now it's been over a month and a half since we talked and I miss her more and more. I guess what I'm really looking for is for somebody to tell me I am deluding myself. We are both young so I wanted to believe it was immaturity but now I am seeing that it was definitely more. Has anyone ever gotten back together after this sort of situation or.. maybe even a worse situation? Should I just finally move on? Her friend said she is dating someone else and is happier but her friend has always been a little off the hinges so I really don't know whether to believe her or not. I really think things could be different if we started over but the bad part about this is that I have no idea how she is really feeling. I guess I should just accept that she wants me to believe she is better off without me and go with that. Any advice?

You got to just let her do her thing and if she wants to get back into contact down the line she will. I know it sucks to not know what she is thinking and all that jazz but if you continue to do it you'll drive yourself crazy.
