exbfinala Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Hi there I dated a girl, and I havent dated many but she decided to just be friends and on Halloween night we went to haunted houses with our church and she said she was scared, and wanted to hold my hand the whole time and ride with me in the same seat even though there where plenty of seats in other cars. Then the next day she asked me to come see a movie at her house, but when i asked her if she wanted to see a movie last weekend she said she had to babysit, then told me she had to call me back. Five minutes later she called me back and said that her uncle came down to visit and she could not do anything this weekend, to me it seems like she had to come up with an excuse. I do like her and I dont know if she likes me, so maybe someone out there can help me out.

You should have just gone over to her house for the movie. Either she just wanted to be freinds still or maybe she just wants to take things real slow. Maybe that whole going out for a movie kinda scared her to the fact that she was only easing into it and you wanted to make a formal date. I would say wait a bit...then if she doesnt invite you somewhere then just invite her to something very small...like watcha movie at your place....just go real slow and see what happens
