A month or so later my friends tell me they heard a week after we broke up he was seeing someone? N a month later he puts a photo of them on a date (social network) i don't follow him but my friends told me. The breakup was caude he said he ddnt want a relationship n shouldn't have been n the fitst place when he was the one who wanted it n was so persistent n when I started to give a crap about us he vouldn't handle it! Has that ever happened to ya'll? Like give me respect n tell me u don't want a relationship with me!
OverThinker72 Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 Snap! I was told the same thing by my ex via text. Within a week of us breaking up he was all loved up with someone else. He told me he didn't want to be in a relationship with me or anyone else, but I know he was already emotionally involved with someone else. This the man who loved me, cherished me and who in more than one occasion said I was his soul mate! It hurts that he wasn't honest but I think he ended it this way to cause me the least pain possible. It does make me angry though but honestly, I have lost all respect for him. Luckily I never have to see him again and have been No Contact now for nearly 6 weeks
rosie9 Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 Yup. Same thing happened to me. He told me all the cliches. "I can't handle being in a relationship right now," "The timing is wrong," and "It's not you it's me." A week (or a couple days later) he made it official with another girl he swore was just a friend. Needless to say, I went into a spiraling abyss of emotions and can't wait until I can finally say I'm over him. But for now, doesn't look like it's gonna happen anytime soon.
