Yeah. I don't update it nearly as often as I should. Thank you. I feel better than I have in a long time, but have a ways to go until I reach my fitness goals :-)

At the get go, was a bit over a pound a week, but a bit of it being water weight as I dropped my sodium intake to daily intake recommendation or less. So according to my trainer who took measurements, about 10 lbs of fat lost to 4 lbs of muscle gained in a month and a half. Before that, it was more or less fat loss through walking/eating right.
