Ex Doesn't Trust Me..Did I Ruin My Chances?

so i asked my ex if she wants to get back together. she said no, because i can't give her space...says "how can i trust you on other things?" after the break i admit to begging, and bashing her on things she did. she told me i didn't give her time to think and time to miss me. she left it open for us to get back together but now says i pushed her too far that she lost love for me. she was trying to forgive me and heal, but i forced things to happen, and didn't make it happen on its own.

 

she still cares for me, and wants to hang out in the future, but right now she's asking to leave her alone for a while. i have to be strict about using no contact. will being out of mind and out of sight change her attitude towards me in the future? will she go back to us being open to a second shot or did i ruin my chances??

Meanwhile keep yourself busy and practice some self control. Believe me, I'm going through what you're going through. I have so much going through my head, love, anger, questions but I'm honoring her wishes. It's tough for sure.
