me002 Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 OK I meet this guy a little bit than a month ago. It was intended as nsa since I knew I'll be moving across county and also was just getting out of a pretty bad marriage and I'm not ready for commitment. Well anyways we hooked up ( we worked rather well together) he left like he was supposed to and I didn't hear from him for a few days. Then he started texting me again but it was all about when we are going to hook up the next and so on. But our next hook up did never happen due to him being busy with other things and then getting pretty sick. I left my old home one week ago and since I'm gone he is texting me every day form early morning till late night. I wouldn't be confused if it only was about sex since its the nature of our "relationship" but we chat about all sorts of things. He is literally begging me to come back and spend some time with him and tells me that he can't get me out of his mind and that he didn't intend for me to be on his mind at all but he just cant shake me off. I'm pretty sure I'm nothing more than a booty call from him but I'm still confused. He is pretty hot and I don't doubt that he can replace me if he cared to. Why is he staying in touch? He compliments me and tries to build me up since he knows a bit of what I had at home. I enjoy talking to him, he is a nice guy and it is good for my ego after what I have been through over the last year. But i also know that I'm vulnerable and I might get to attached since I'm not quite alright this moment. I feel like I'm using him to make myself feel better and I know he is using me because he is lonely . I still would like to understand why he became so chatty since I left. Any input would be great ...
Philosoraptor Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Maybe he liked you? Maybe he likes talking to you? Maybe you're both using one another? All that matters is you know you're not ready for anything right now so you need to take care of yourself, and make the best decisions for your future.
