He came to my house!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!! and I have a date tomorrow with a guy that Im really liking, now my ex is in the back of my head like a ****ing migraine.

We actually had a decent convo.....surprisingly. He doesn't know I'm going on a date tomorrow, but likely will since I'm friends with his sisters. I just don't understand :/

I get your point but this sex post-BU bit troubles me there, questioning his intentions Well... if you should see him or talk to him before this date, I'd straight out tell him! Got no time, you got a date coming up and have a good day! Then you'll have to put if off and enjoy the date! You can't waste time right now thinking about your ex but getting that catch there It's hard but unless your ex is clear about his intentions (getting back together, FWB or just simply be friends), you can't let him take a hold of your life really...
