L3stat Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 To make a long story short i have been with my "girlfriend" for 3yrs. We live together well she stays at my house with her baby who i love to death. We always had a complicated relationship because of my cheating and lying. Unfortunately i was immature emotionally and mentally i cheated on her in the beginning of our relationship and most recently 4months ago. I am no justifying what i did, we work it out and we were together. I love her and i want to make things up to her and show her that i am no longer going to do these hurtful things. But she is talking to someone else and doesn't want to work things out with me... okay i understand that so when i try to leave she doesn't want me too leave she wants me to stay in the house while she talks to this other guy? I refuse to do that and we spent days talking it out and she says things like " give her time to get it out her system" " she loves me and will come back to me" i told her that i am willing to stay if she stops talking to him and just figure things out alone but she refuse. no matter what i say or do she will not stop talking to this guy, but she wants me to still try to work it out with her... we still kiss and hold hands and have sex... its just strictly phone and text messages that she is doing but i want her to stop. So last night we talk for hrs about this and we had a 3rd person give advice and we came to this conclusion. she is free to talk to him i am free to talk to whoever i want which i will, no sex with other people or physical contact, no dates, while we me and my "girlfriend" try to spend time and work on things. "she says she wants to miss me" and "get jealous when she see me talking to someone else" i don't get why she has to do all of this b.s. i don't understand, plz help.
