He wrote that he heard that I was moving to town, and if I wanted to meet, he really wanted to. And that he hoped there wasn't any hatred feelings between us. I don't know what to answer or if I even should. I still miss him a lot, and i wish to reconcile one day. I'm definitely not ready to be his friend! And I still have a lot of untold feelings against the BU. What to do?!. Keep NC or answer a honest message? I know, that no matter what I do, I will meet him once I'm up there. It's a small town.

You can ignore, you can inform him that you do not want to meet. But you've made it clear that you aren't ready to meet up, so don't do so.
