Ladydrib Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Healing is not a decision. A decision is the beginning of healing. Healing will never be reached if the decision is not followed by many actions. Honesty. Commitment to healing. Respecting boundaries. Reconnecting with ethics. Suffering the pain. Letting go (stoping thinking/hoping/trying to force the outcome you dreamed of). Accepting what will be will be. Making peace with the loss of dreams. Letting go of fear. Trusting happiness will find you as you continue to do all of the above. Patience. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. Accept you will cycle between moments where you feel you are better and back to total despair - be aware there is a long road ahead. Exercise. It fuels you with strength on so many levels. Do not do any thing that sets you backwards. Not for any reason. Do not. Remember how to live as we did as children. Authentically and with innocence. Healing begins with a decision to work hard and commit to it. I hope for us all to heal. 8

Affairs only get more and more painful as well as messy. If you commit to getting out for good now, you will save yourself time and be happy sooner. Stay strong. Keep doing those things which make you strong. Remember always that it's not simply a decision but also work. Very hard work. 2
