Question for the women out there...

When you push a guy away (for whatever reason) - meaning you either end talking to him or end the relationship - and he tries to come back... what goes thru your head? Do you start to view him as a doormat? Do you begin to feel disdain or extreme dislike for him?

I've often wondered that as I recently found myself chasing someone who was really interested in me at first but then pushed me away. It seemed like the harder I tried the more nasty she became, until finally we couldn't even be friends (let alone anything else). :o

I feel for those who try/want to reconcile. I have been there. But I know that breakups happen for a reason, and unless the both of you want to change and make major efforts to change, that those issues will only resurface.

If she is becoming increasingly nasty it means that she's sick of you not getting it when she says it in nicer ways.

So stop. Go NO CONTACT, and get on with your life.

Thanks for the words Sweet...for future responses i'm interested in knowing MORE about what goes thru the girl's thoughts during this process and focus less on my situation because that is done and over with.

Okay, this has happened many many times.

I think, "How sad, I wish I could forget about everything and start over again, but it's just not possible. I can't go through it again."
