Hello guys

 

Gluten is a protein found in grains. The reason you would see meat labeled that way, is because many things added meats contain gluten. Often, the animals are fed a very high grain diet, and the gluten proteins pass in to the meat. After slaughter, meat is often treated with antimicrobials and antibacterial solutions that contain wheat/gluten ingredients.
