My roommates were having a party. I couldn't attend because I was sick with food poisoning. She came into my room tipsy and then hopped in my bed and started snuggling against me and running her fingers through my hair. Sure sign that she likes me? I didn't make a move because I was unsure about everything.

I wouldn't recommend men having sex with drunk girls though, unless she is already your gf or wife. But at a party if a random chick is clearly inebriated and climbs into bed with you, you actually did the right thing by not making a move.

All you know is that somehow she arrived there. She was drunk, so she could very well have been wandering and she stumbled upon you as a situational opportunity.

 

That's all you know, unless you actually had a conversation with her at some point about the situation and her motivations, in which case, I don't think you'd be here asking us if "she likes you."

I think she liked you. If she was just horny, because she was drunk, she could have made out with any of the other guys at the party, but since she went to your room, I would say, she did like you.
