When I decided that I had finally had enough of my ex's breadcrumbs I decided to go no contact and cut all ties. He blocked me from fb when he split up with me and over the past few days he's tried to contact me (through facetime and text messages) When I decided to go no contact a couple of weeks ago I deleted my facebook in order to heal, which I'm doing quite nicely

 

Anyway, I got another text from my ex today saying 'I hope you're okay, you've been unblocked from facebook now x'

 

My question is can you unblock someone that has deleted their profile or is it just his way of saying 'I tried to spy on you using my brothers profile but you weren't there, what's happened?'

 

I just wanted to know if it was possible to unblock someone who has deleted their profile?

theres no such thing as deleting a facebook ... all accounts are "put on hiatus" as in they have all your info stored and all you need to do is put in your password and your friends and everything will still be there and people who have blocked you etc

Oh right, I deactivated it so I thought it would just vanish.. I'm not very good with technology haha but as I don't intend to use it again I thought I would just vanish. Thanks for your help

There is such a thing. You can fully delete the account, but they put the account on the hiatus as mentioned for like 2-3 weeks. You can sign in during that time and cancel the full deletion, but it is possible. Mine is set for August 7th, but its because I don't use the damn thing anymore and its now used by friends just for the "let me show you my 900th picture of my baby who can't eat his birthday cake correctly"
