You may need to talk to your doctor if it is something new or unusual.

I stay cold too. At work, I have a space heater that I use constantly (even during the summer). I cut off both of the vents in my office and bake myself. It keeps other coworkers from hanging out in my office too, quite nice. I wonder if it has anything to do with your circulation?

I'm always cold....I could be in the middle of a desert and be cold...it's annoying but oh well?

Work on improving your circulation.

Do you exercise regularly?

There are some herbs that are very good for your circulation. Ginkgo, Cayenne, Ginger. Ginger works the best for me, and it tastes great in tea.

Deep breathing.

Hydrotherapy.

I have low blood pressure and that's why I am always cold.

I have LBP too. My cardio said it had nothing to do with my bod temp, but I think it does. :o

I know what you mean!! I live in Canada too so it's extra worse (haha that probably doesn't make sense). Seriously though, I could go outside in the winter for like 5 minutes and it'll take my body like 2 whole hours to warm up. It sucks so bad. My favorite thing is blankets, even in the summer cuz I love to be warm. I get completely buried in them with just my head poking out.

I think there might be something wrong with me...does this sound normal? Also after exercise my body takes FOREVER to cool down, like hours. I feel for you!

DA, can you elaborate on hydrotherapy? Is that like bathing, water aerobics, or what? Thanks.

Absolutely. :) Sorry.

It's basically the use of water in the treatment of illnesses/diseases/injury, and in the case of circulation, this is done my emersing parts (or all) of your body in water, alternating between quite hot and quite cold temperatures. The cold water is especially invigorating. You should immediately experience lots of tingling numbness (Eh, that's how I would describe it), then it will just feel all tingly and burning. It's important (I've heard) to get the water both as hot and as cold as you can stand it. Your blood vessels will dilate, and supposedly, over a time, your circulation will improve quite a bit.

Alternating hot and cold baths are good for treating hands and feet, with water as hot as you can stand it, in one bowl, ice water in the other. Put hands or feet in the hot water for one minute, then plunge into the cold for 20 seconds. Then back into hot and cold again until a total of 10 minutes have been spent doing this, ending with the plunge into the ice water. Beneficial for arthritic joints and tired, aching feet, and the alternating hot and cold stimulates circulation.

I've tried it, but not for any extended period of time. My circulation was never really that big of a problem, so lots of exercise and the occasional Ginger tea worked for me. I still do this in the winter, before I'm going for a run or something. Just for my hands and feet.

You can google for more information. Beware of all the Colon Hydrotherapy links. Not what you're looking for, at least this time around. :)

Good luck if you try it.
