ok my bf and i have been together 6 mths, i think hes the one and is everything to me, good man etc..get along great, until i find out that he is still active on numerous dating sites, which to me is very wrong in a relationship especially when youare serious and in love. Ifound this out because he put his cell phone sd card on my laptop to transfer files and of course the majority of the photos and files are still on my laptop. I also found over 100 photos of women(some naked) and yes this bothers me alot! I do have major trust issues with men because all of them cheated on me in the past. Now my bf tells me he loves me and is in love with me(hes the first) , but in my opinion i think your profile should be removed from dating sites, and he is actually logging on and updating photos etc, I meet him in January and i was on about 6 dating sites by feb i removed all mine. I mean why still look for a date if you are already dating someone? and is supposedly serious about that person? im 99.9 percent(never 100 with a man) that he is not cheating. hes with me 90% of his free time and the other times hes sleeping or working and we have contact somehow all the time. now that everything was going to so good for 6 mths straight this comes up and i have the feelings and doubts I have with all the pervious men i dated, am i overeacting??

Say you saw some of the files from when he transferred and you noticed he's still on the dating sites. Ask him why. You need to discuss this with him.

He was looking for a better deal. I'm sorry hon but you shouldn't accept any excuse regarding this and move on. Just him being out there on several dating sites searching for a new girl is cheating IMO.

After dating 6 months and being in a committed relationship I totally agree...

Alexa, I agree with the others and say to move on.

The sad part is social media and dating sites have

Woman all over. Its like for men, a kid in a candy

Store they sometimes get addicted to the naked

Photos or the "likes" they get on there pic or

Just knowing "they still got it" stupidity smh the tricky part is

That's how you two met but I'm with you on deleting

The sites if u found someone. To me its a sign to see

What's still out there.

I remember a guy friend who was dating a girl

And he had an addiction for going on instagram

And looking at booty shots of woman. I asked

Why when u have a beautiful girl at home?

I don't know what it really is, but at the same

Time some of these woman on these dating

sites I tell You have no class. Just provocative

Written all over them. Even the guys too

I can't even front. I remember going being on

A dating site and I made a promise if a guy with

His shirt off in his pic messaged me, I will not

Reply. Why wud I want someone looking at

My man goodies? Lol I'm rambling but yeah

Look at this as a SIGN. Think with logic and

Not emotions and see if he's worth the "worry"

And "anxiety" u face.. Hang in there

He's keeping his options open. There's simply no other reason he's active on dating sites now. Sorry, OP. Your boyfriend is up to no good and obviously doesn't feel the same way about your relationship as you.

Don't accept this crap from him, or try to justify or excuse his behaviour.

And what was his explanation as to why he's still active on these sites?

The only thing which will be different from now on is that he will be more careful to not get caught. You need to do the hard thing and move on. I've never once logged onto a dating site when I've been in a relationship - I agree with the others who said it's the same as cheating.

If I was in your position, I would never tolerate the naked pictures or the intent to cheat by posting on a dating site.

If your boyfriend loves you ( which at 6 months, he probably should), he would not be looking for options nor look at naked pictures. I don't believe that whole stereotypical saying that men are just sex-driven creatures who must look at naked women and porn, but there are men who are content with their significant other that they don't need to look at other women.

Example, my boyfriend loves me and going a year into our relationship, he has neither looked at another girl nor stored pictures of naked women anywhere. If he had wanted a picture he simply asked me and I would happily take one for him.

Obviously, knowing what he's capable of, you now know he is a man of low character and possibly capable of cheating if given the chance.

he has neither looked at another girl.

What, not at all? Even passing a pretty girl in the street?

girl. he was receiving naked pictures of other girls while dating you!!! wtf! where is your self-respect?! tell him to get lost! better at 6 months than 6 yrs, etc! get your head out of your booty, he is trolling for other women and accepting their advances.

and like someone asked upthread, what was his excuse for still being active on dating sites?

guaranteed he deleted A profile and then put up B profile....

leave this douche, ffs you think this is how "the one" acts?!!!

you are way more into him than he is into you.
