Dumped & ripped by Ex-gf 2.5 years back..suddenly she sends me lovesongs on FB

Well long story short my ex-gf who dumped me 2.5 years back is trying to contact me,I'm 24, she's 22... She had tried to contact me 3-4 times earlier this year as well.. The first time we talked for a few days and then I made it pretty clear, "we can't be friends, so stop contacting me unless you are in deep **** and think that you might need some help from me"...

 

It was just politeness from my side to talk about the help thing, but she I guess held onto that and contacted me 2 months later asking if I could get her an internship in my city.. I got her some and then she said she couldn't come...

 

She again contacts me a month later ,this time asking me if I could lend her $30,000 since she was in a ****ty situation and needed to pay-off some some debt she had while she was shooting for an amateur level movie(BY the way she isn't the type who would want to take money from anyone...She is extremely egoistical) .. I called her up 2 hours later offering her $12,000..But before I say anything she said the matter was solved.. I wished her luck and hung up

 

A week back I suddenly see her name in notifications in FB-she had sent me an invitation to join a Food-festival page of sorts(I had unfriended her post-breakup..She had sent me requests twice,I chose not to respond).. I went to the page,liked it then changed the settings for that page to "Stop receiving notifications for this page(or whatever the phrase was)" ..

Within a minute she messages me in FB ,"That's my event...I am part of an Event Management startup"

I said, "Okay..Nice thing"

Then she asks me, "How have you been?.. Do you have a gf?"

I don't ,I said so..

 

We strike a conversation where she says she was single and wouldn't find a BF like me ever again...

 

Next day she pings me again..Within a minute sends me links of the songs "I will be right here waiting for you" and "Thousand years" and says " Notice the lyrics"..

I ask her if she "relates" to the songs..she dodged it then she says she intentionally avoided my question..I said you needn't.. She says, " Well yes somewhat..though I don't want to"...She suddenly changes her FB profile pic to a 5 year old one holding a teddy-bear I had gifted her in school..She asks me if I remember this..I said," Obviously I do"... then I too cut down my defenses and opened up a bit,yeah and sent youtube link of a song as well

 

Next day(yesterday) I ping her myself..and she acts a bit distant with just yes/no/okay type responses... I got the vibe and stopped..

 

Any insights people ?? What is she upto ?? It's not that I am still hung up on her or something but this is making me curious and I would love to understand what's on her mind..

 

By the way,did I mention she had got into 2 relationships post our breakup and is single right now ??
