Indaus Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Guy at work...initially started out hating each other... then we had to work together on projects... then after 9 months of working together and being with each other company we started texting each other all day ( only in work hours), going out on coffee, lunches and he even started dropping home.But nothing unprofessional and off limits. We didnt even touch each other in the wrong way. I was just being nice to him and he was also being nice to me. But suddenly people at work started noticing our chemistry and commented something. It was only then I realized that I thought about this guy like everyday, I started loving his company, I wanted to go to work.. i started enjoying my 9-5.... I was just feeling so good about all of this. Recently he asked me out for drinks and I said yes.... We went out and had couple of drinks we had so much fun... he made me laugh and then dropped me home as it was too late. Initally I used to pay for my stuff .. but he has paying for drinks, coffee and any stuff we buy. Lately he went out for a interstate trip but he has been texting me and calling me although we dont talk anything other that work related stuff and some /little stuff personal related like I am tired or happy or exhausted..... He is single thats what he told me .... what do you guys think .... does he love me or is it just infatuation ? We know each other for almost a year now...) Please help guys....

Well it has a quiet some time now that we are getting close, we call each other, talk to each other during work and after work sometimes. He calls me when he is on overseas conferences due to work related. But once he said that he was going on a date with some girl he met at a b'day party.... Then I was sort of upset over it but I didn't show but next day he said that date wasn't great and she was a dud!! We had decided to go for drinks last Friday and for the first time we went out it was sort of awkward and I was feeling a bit shy and there were some moments where we were bringing up topics to talk. we just had 2 drinks because he drove to work and couldn't drink more. Later we walked from the pub to where his car was parked. He purposely sort of asked me if I wanted lift home and then dropped me home. Nothing happened but I still don't get it ... is he into me or also trying to keep his options or not?
