If someone is in love but in denial about their feelings(because they were hurt in their past by an ex) for that person and all they do is make themselves and the other person believe that they dont love them and they dont have strong feelings for them,will a time come when they accept their feelings for the person and embrace the love feeling?

Could go either way. Some people live in denial about things their whole lives.
