I finally returned that piece of sh*t manual treadmill and purchased an elliptical crosstrainer. Let me tell you, it's THE BEST!!! After using that for only 16 minutes, I burned 215 calories! You work every muscle in your body, it's low-impact, easy on your joints (after you get used to it!), and I don't feel tired or stressed after I used it. It's not boring either! I used it for the first time Monday. All I have to say is that was the BEST work out I ever experienced. I felt like it actually burned fat, I felt healthy, and I didn't feel out of breath or burnt out. I would def rec. this to people over a treadmill. You burn twice the calories in half the time and you will tone your whole body while you burn fat, faster! I'm soooo excited.
