ddspike21 Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 (edited) I dont know if thats a stupid question or not but i realized in the last 2-3 months leading to our break-up last month (we were together for 10 months, 6 of which we were officially dating) that i often had perpetual cold and stress/anxiety related symptoms as well as depression. The cold like symptoms was that i felt sick and weak alot, like my immune system was very weakened and i was tired and lethargic seemingly all the time. And the stress-related symptoms were a constant eyelid-twitch, brain fog, irritable, and a felt down often. And as i noted in a previous thread, i obsessively sought out ways to fight these symptoms and fix them so i would get better and the relationship wouldn't suffer. In the last 2-3 months of the relationship these were persistent and recurring problems i faced. I only ask if i was subconsciously unhappy in my relationship because its now been over a month since the break up and all the cold-like symptoms have disappeared. as well as most of the stress/anxiety/depression symptoms have mostly subsided if not disappeared totally after the initial shock of the break up subsided. And i've only started seeing a therapist this week so it couldn't be from that and haven't changed my routine or diet in anyway since the breakup. Edited July 24, 2013 by ddspike21
