I have a quick question for anyone who might have the answer or some ideas...

I have been having a "one sided head/neck ache" all day today and was wondering if anyone might have any idea what this could be. I don't want to bother my doctor by calling since it probably isn't anything too important.

My thoughts is it could be....either

1) I may need glasses

or

2) Maybe I have a blood clot somewhere in the viens in my head...??!

I'm worried a little and wonder if it could be something else entirely....any ideas?

* Maybe it's time to get a new pillow

* Migraine headache? Nah.

* Been reading in bed lying down on one side for too long?

erm...... that's all I can think off for now :(

Thanks...and no, no reading in bed, and it happened after I've been awake for quite awhile.

Thanks so much for your response though....I'll probably just end up calling my doc to check and make sure it's nothing important.

Thanks:)

Is it a crick in your neck? I got one last week so bad I thought I was going to pass out. It only progressed to get worse throughout the day. Are you having blurred vision?

it could start from a small clot in your leg, arm, anywhere and travel up into your head, and you could maybe not know you have it and end up dying from it. That's why I was so scared,

Yes I do have blurred vision and no it wasn't a crick it was more a throbbing pain from my head all the way down to my neck. I've never had migranes and assume they'd be a lot worse so I don't think that's it....I'm probably over-re-acting. :)

Don't mean to scare you to death, but is it acke or do you feel as if it were knum? If you it's more knum (I hope I spell it right), check your doc ASAP. My mom's friend had this and it was a symptom of a vascular accident... Tomography and the rest of its friends....

Pain on one sideof your body is usually a bad sign. Could be nothing.... or not. Did you recently fall? injured your head in any way? HAd arithimya problems? Hope not!

God, I hope I'm beating a dead horse here... or off base... or misinformed...

See the doc. Fast.

I hope you see a doc soon. Or I'll have to bust out the patient non-compliance police.
