Appleness Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 Keep moving forward. One day at a time. Aim for 5 months, then 6 months, then a year. Go to the gym and work out, make new friends at meetups, cultivate new hobbies. Eventually, you"ll stop hurting. Usually, it's right around the same time that you stop counting.
