its been 4 months and it still hurts. any tips?:(

Keep moving forward. One day at a time. Aim for 5 months, then 6 months, then a year. Go to the gym and work out, make new friends at meetups, cultivate new hobbies.

 

Eventually, you"ll stop hurting. Usually, it's right around the same time that you stop counting. :)

four months is fantastic..but still is not that much time in the bigger picture. keep moving forward like the above person says. it will get better.
