arcobb Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Hello - Here is a little meditation I'd like to share. It helps me to calm down when I get anxious. When things are crazy I take 30 sec to myself and I say this to myself and it helps. I hope it helps you. -------------------------------------------- I am worthy and I have character. People are lucky to have me in there lives because I am a caring and kind individual. I am fun, I am me, nothing more and definitely nothing less. I create the world around me. I can have influence on the things around me and the people I interact with. I have a choice in what my experiences are. I am the scientist of my life. That is why I am here. I look forward to life and experiences in my life. I can create positive energy and I can send positive energy to others. I create my own experiences. I can create what I want in life. And it is my responsibility to do so.
