We gave each other our passwords when we were together. He hasn't changed it. There is nothing illegal about that, if he really was concerned about me looking he would change his password like I did.

 

BULL****. You know that you are not welcome in his account any more, yet you logged in as him. It's as if he kicked you out of his apartment but never got the key back from you. Using that key to enter his home without his authorization afterwards would be unlawful entry and you would go to jail for it. It makes no difference that he gave you his password or his key in the long dead salad days. You are not welcome there now. It is illegal, and it is immoral. YOU are utterly in the wrong here. Fess up to yourself about it, don't do it again, and move on.
