I know some girls are different when it comes to body language and whatnot...but what do you guys think? About two weeks ago, when my roommate went over to speak to her, she had asked him what kind of person I was, and he said to that that we were best pals and could tell each other anything. She had also asked about my hometown. However - she still does not know that I know about this "meeting". There are also things that I have noticed when I talk to her. She always has constant eye contact, but this is different...she seems to "lock on" to my eyes so to speak when I approach her to chat. She is also very approachable, and I have never gotten any negative vibes from her. She also has always been very friendly to me when we pass by in a building or on campus, saying hey, with the same eye contact, and always smiling. She even says hey to my roommate when she sees him (he tells me when he sees her), which I believe is a good thing. I even caught her looking at me from a distance (15-20 yds away) on campus one time. I guess the only negative thing I would say is that she never tries to talk to me...but that could be because of a number of things. As stated in my earlier post, I asked her out, and she accepted right off the bat, then all that misunderstanding happened, which led to my roommate going to speak to her. I let it blow over for a while for the last few weeks, then asked her out yesterday, but she told me she was leaving for the weekend later on in the day. I then told her to get a hold of me early next week if she wanted to get together...she said ok to that. Like I said, some girls are different...but I honestly think she must be at least somewhat interested, especially with her asking about what kind of person I was and the hometown thing...thanks for any input.
hulavie Posted October 24, 2004 Posted October 24, 2004 this sounds like it has been going on for quite a while..... i have not read your previous post though. will search that up later. Anyway, why don't you try talking to her and telling her how you feel about her instead bottling it all up and making guesses from afar? You sound like you want a closer relationship with her, so her for that. It sounds like she is interested in you, but i could be wrong.
