It NEARLY ended after 1.75 years of love (and fighting at the end). we're "Back together"... but right now, I'm uneasy about things. We've been acting normally for a bit over 3 weeks now. We hang out - I sleep over - her roommates still know me as her bf. ONE of her best friends knows we're still together (I'm good friends with him, but her + he (he's gay BTW)) are BESTIES. So now, on to my inquiry. How do I ask her sensitively if we're official again? Becaue it just happened.... but we never talked about it! thanks in advance. Oh yeah... Wait for her response.

They should, but if they don't, then the dumpee has a right to inquire after a reasonable amount of time. Ask her OP - you don't want to continue like this if she simply wants a it of comfort and company. If she doesn't see a future, don't allow yourself to be strung along.
