Radioguy81 Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Not sure if this is in the right forum but here goes. I've been divorced for under 2 years. My ex and I are going through custody issues with our 4 year old son. I was served papers for a motion to modify visitation, one request was for her to obtain my cell phone records for the past 16 months, since the divorce was final. Is this normal or is she just searching for anything to use against me, not sure what she would find. Thought/advice is appreciated.
whatintheworld Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 I'm no expert but that does NOT sound normal at all. Who you call is your business, not hers, considering you've been divorced two years. She's obviously searching for evidence you're doing something wrong. I don't think she can do that.
hayewils Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 I agree, shes picking at straws. Youve been divorced for two years, its none of her business.
